Every 2 to 3 months with normal use. In hard water areas like London or the South East, every 6 to 8 weeks. The filter changing colour is a sign it is working.

How do I replace the filter?

Twist the bottom of the showerhead open by hand, pull out the old filter, push the new one in and twist shut. Under 60 seconds, no tools needed.

Is it compatible with my shower?

Yes. The showerhead has a universal G1/2" thread, which fits virtually all standard UK shower connections.

How do I know the filter is working?
