At Selorabody, we handle every order with care, transparency, and attention. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience. Below you’ll find all important information about processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and support.

Order Processing


We prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours. In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to high volume or carrier delays, but we always do our best to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Average delivery times within Europe are:

• 5–12 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • customs inspections
  • holidays or peak sale periods
  • your exact location

We always aim to deliver as fast and reliably as possible.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to most countries within Europe.

Shipping Costs


SeloraBody offers free shipping on all orders over €50, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your track & trace link.

This allows you to check the status and expected delivery at any time.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. First contact your local carrier or postal office.
  2. Then email us with the carrier reference or confirmation number.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after the indicated delivery date may not be eligible for investigation or reimbursement.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@selorabody.com.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Photo of the packing slip (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: If only the packaging is damaged but the product is fully functional, it does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If the address entered is incorrect, Selorabody cannot guarantee delivery or offer compensation once the parcel has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes might not be possible.
