If your purchase isn’t what you expected, our return and refund process is simple and transparent.

60-Day Risk-Free Trial

You can try your Selorabody product for up to 60 days.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund, no explanation required.

Free Returns

All returns are free of charge.

We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be sent back using the official return label we provide.
  • Items should be returned in reasonable condition (normal use during the trial period is acceptable).
  • Returns sent without our label cannot be processed.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, you can use our self-service return system or contact us at:

Self-service returns:

Go to Your Account → Orders, select the order you’d like to return, and submit your return request.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during purchase

Once your request is submitted, we’ll review it to ensure it meets our return guidelines. After approval, you’ll receive clear instructions along with your prepaid return label.

We aim to keep the return process simple, fair, and transparent — exactly as it should be.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days after the return is delivered
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take slightly longer to appear

We will notify you by email as soon as your refund is approved and completed.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund?

No problem — we can arrange an exchange as long as the return is requested within the 60-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

Include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or offer a refund depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Items not shipped back with our official label
  • Products that are intentionally damaged or misused

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
