17. Product Use
SeloraBody products are designed to enhance the shower experience by reducing certain substances commonly found in water, such as chlorine and sediment. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or skin conditions.
Individual experiences may vary depending on personal skin sensitivity, local water quality, and usage habits. While many customers report a more comfortable and pleasant shower experience, SeloraBody does not guarantee specific results for every individual.
By using our products, customers acknowledge that results can differ and that use of the product is at their own discretion. SeloraBody cannot be held liable for individual reactions or outcomes resulting from normal product use, provided the product is used as intended. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights or our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.
18. warranty
Selora offers a 24-month warranty on Selora Showerheads, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal faults that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage, reduced performance, or wear resulting from factors outside of manufacturing quality, including but not limited to:
- Water quality or water hardness
- Mineral or limescale buildup
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Lack of regular maintenance
- Improper use, modification, or installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
If an eligible defect occurs within the warranty period, Selora will assess the issue and, at its discretion, provide a replacement product in accordance with this policy. Refunds are not automatically provided under the warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Additional information or images may be requested to properly assess the claim.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
